      According to Public Service Pension Fund Management Act, the Fund’s Supervisory Board is responsible for the review, supervision and evaluation of the Fund. In addition, based on Article Three of the Organic Act of Public Service Pension Fund Supervisory Board, the board is in charge of following duties:

•To review the plans for collection/payment, management and use of the Fund;
•To finalize the yearly plans for discretionary management of the Fund;
•To review and approve the annual budget and final financial statements  prepared by the PSPFMB;
•To evaluate the overall management of the Fund;
•To review the contribution rates of the Fund and their adjustment plans;
•To solve payment disputes;
•To handle other affairs in relation to the supervision of the Fund.
